We press the juice cold

Our juices never surrender high temperatures, so they keep as close as possible the nutritional value of raw fruits and vegetables.

Bottling

Our juices are not pasteurized and freshly squeezed under a suitable temperature, go directly to the bottles.

6000 bar

At the end, the juice being in the bottle is perpetuated in the cold under very high pressure (up to 6000 bar) under the unique technology HPP (High Pressure Processing). Thanks to this, it retains its valuable vitamins and the natural taste and colour of fruits and vegetables for longer.
